i have been sick now with a cough for 3 months. I am a smoker, I have been waking up and feeling nauseous, and gagging and or vomiting, while this happens my noseNose fracture will start bleeding heavily. I feel like im always tired and dont know i what i wrong with me!! What could be the cause of this?
Having said this, I would caution you about lung cancers associated with smokers. A chest X-ray is a must and you must consult a chest specialist.
Nose bleed could be due to capillaries becoming fragile by chronic coughing, could be due to sinusitis, reflux of acid into the posterior nasal cavity while gagging and coughing, sinusitis etc.
Hope these tips help. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Needless to say, give up smoking. What you have is probably severe acidity with smoker’s cough. Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. However I would recommend you see a doctor and take medication under a doctor’s supervision. Avoid heavy meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food. Take steam and quit smoking.
