negative test results but having symptoms ?!

For the last few months I've been feeling fatigue , lack of energy, achy joints ,swollen lymph nodes , rash etc from a oral sex encounter I had ( giving and receiving)

I got tested for all STDs you can get orally ( trich , gonno , chylamedia , syphilis ) all came back negative . And I'm kind of confused. I don't have any blisters on lips or vagina so I know its not herpes , I don't have any warts , discharge , or swollen glands in groin .

My current symptoms are headaches , generally tired , sensitive to light, still have a face rash , my palms have a rash . And a bump that went away during the beginning but is a scar there. Yellow tounge . itchy eyes and face.

Should I get checked for mono ? Could this be HIV ? (Even though I heard that you can't get HIV from oral sex ) Where should I go from here

I know I was clean before this happened and he didn't have any noticeable marks around mouth that I know of . I got checked for everything now I'm just waiting on the results but the anxiety is killing me . my doctor says he doesn't think its HIV or mono and I got checked for everything you can get orally except herpes but I don't have any blisters on vagina or around mouth

the only way you can contract HIV during oral sex is if you had a open sore in or around your mouth and the other person had a scab or sore on the genitalia
