not sure whats going on.

35 years old, overweight. : I've been sick for a little over a week now, Sore aching body, sore throat, bronchial cough (not producing anything) Constant nausea uneasy feeling in my stomach, followed by vomiting, Low temperatures between 95.8-97.2  I've had about 4 hours sleep in the past 48 hours, Now my joints are starting to hurt more, fingers are swelling, Appetite has deminished, but when i am hungry I crave carbs and sweets, My mouth is constantly dry, I can't concentrate, I've been having fluttering sensations or the feeling like my heart is racing with the minute amount of excertion, I went to the hospital 2 days ago, they put me on an antibiotic and mucinex and every other day i have a sour stomache, I feel like everything that can go wrong is going wrong all at once in my body. I have asthma and I do smoke, ( currently trying to kick the habit) since this started Ive had about 2 cigarrettes in a 11 day period.

But this is all normal recently for me , about every other week Im getting all these symptoms and this time it just feels more severe, the vomiting is more the fluttering heart racing seems like its more too. And the not being able to concentrate is really bad, aswell as sleep just not getting any.

Hi! Well chronic nausea and loss of appetite can be expected in ulcers, especially in a long standing stomach ulcer. However there are many other causes too. Have you been diagnosed with ulcers?
Constipation can cause many symptoms like abdominal discomfort, bloating of abdomen, nausea, fatigue, and poor appetite and so also other disorders like irritable bowel syndrome and depression. Many gall bladder problems too can cause nausea and poor appetite and fullness of stomach.
Diabetes, severe acidity, thyroid problems too could be the cause. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. Walking around also helps clear gas. I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system) if these tips help you.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis. Hope this helps. Take care!

I have gone to see my doctor he did a tox screening of my thyroid and a blood test to test a wide range of possibilities turns out i have Mono with strep throat, unfortunately theres nothing i can take for the mono, i have to let it run its course but he did prescibe me some penicillin for the strep, as for the joint pain bursitis is the cause, and I have a appointment scheduled with a Orthopedic specialist on Wednesday to test for RA, thank you so much for you input. Greatly appreciated.

This is not easy...I think you need to see a doctor right away. If you get worse, please go to ER. Please see a doctor first thing Monday.I never want to create fear, but I know when something is not normal and this is not okay.
Do not blame ciggs, sleep or diet you are sick and the antibiotics are not helping. They need to find out what is going on.
