going on 3-6 months i have been suffering from fatigue – I have been sleeping for 9-10 hours a night and still am very tired during the day, I also have been suffering hot flushes, sore eyes, seem to be going to the toilet a lot when I am not drinking excessively and I have been finding that my memory is getting worst. I would have your thyroid levels checked out. At your age, these are abnormal symptoms. A quick blood test could tell your doctor many reasons why you are experiencing such difficulties. Also, you may be sleeping too many hours a night. Try sleeping only 8, and if that does not help, cut back to 6. I find that I am at my best with only 6 hours of sleep, regardless of how tired I am when when I go to bed.
