numb/tinging confusion/fatigue/ achy

I am Female, 23 years old. Starting in  November 2006 I have experienced a time about every other month with these symptoms. Episodes last from days to two weeks Began with coordination (couldn't spray windex in right spot) Pain behind eye, numb/tingling in face/legs/chest/ confusion/disorientation, pain in lower back hips legs. high pulse/blood pressure. dizzy and feel like walking is abnormal. fidgity feet/legs and twitches all over. showering or riding in warm car seems to make all worse. feels like throat is colapsing (breath fine just feels like everything is falling back into it) temprature confusion (cant tell if bath water is warm or super hot/ someone needs to test this food so I don't burn my mouth) slow to realize I have to urinate/deficate then hard to make it happen (must concentrate on that area to pee etc) also having anxiety/depression during these episodes (related or just because sx are abnormal?)
normal MRI and "normal" 1st check-up with neuro. Please help?

Have you had any blood work done?  or any other tests other than an MRi?

It sounds to me alot like polycythemia vera especially since this is worsened in  the shower and with hot conditions. So if no one did blood work like a CBC to check for this I would definetely recommend it.
