Hi
Welcome to the forum!
It is really difficult to comment what is wrong with you because your symptoms could be due to several problems. You could be having a high blood pressure, migraines, hypothyroidism, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, or deficiency of calcium or Vit D.
Unexplained pains, sometimes the bones paining and sometimes the muscles can be due to a problem called ‘fibromyalgia’. This is associated with fatigue and “a heightened and painful response to gentle touch (allodynia).
You could also be having some inflammatory bowel condition such as Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/Irritable Bowel Syndrome/ Crohn’s disease. Stomach could also be hurting because of acidity or gastric reflux.
A clinician needs to examine you and run some tests to reach a diagnosis. Try and find out how best you can get to see a doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
