overpronation & fallen arch

i have noticed that my right foot arch is very low when i stand and i also noticed that my right foot rolls in excessively when i walk. my foot gets really sore when i walk a certain amount of time and causes an excessive drag on the outside heel of my shoes . also my left foot sometimes falls when i am walking which causes me to drag the front on my shoes .i was wondering if there is any soultion to permanently fix this problem.

I have flat feet which cause me to overpronate. My physical therapist said for me to use orthotics in my shoes although my problem is really too bad for just that. I buy brooks motion control stability shoes they work really well and they keep my ankle from hurting so bad I have arthritis in my ankles as a result of my flat feet and constant sprains. do your self a favor dont worry so much about what looks good but rather what is good for you the pain I have now is no joke I never knew that it would come to this. I'm 45 years old and walking up stairs I feel alot of pain. Im limited in what I can do. I just started seeing a doctor last year I did not know I could have done something about this. If you can see a foot doctor and get help this is not a small problem and it wont fix it self. I hope for you all the best.

You can try orthotics.  I would recommend consulting a Podiatrist.
