pain in both arms

What would cause pain in both arms from the elbow to shoulder?  Can't lift arms above sholder, pain started quicly and has been on going for two weeks.

I am not sure but could be a pinched nerve in the neck or back.  My arms are sometimes this way when my lymph nodes under the arm pits are tender and swollen.  Did you check this?
