You have gotten to the point where the hemorrhoid(s) need to be treated surgically, or by laser, coagulation litigation or cryotherapy instead of taking medications. They aren't going to get better on their own. You are also probably losing blood a little bit at a time.
The treatment procedures are well established and there are few problems thereafter.

Hello,
There is a possibility that the hemorrhoid has thrombosed and causing pain. Take plenty of fiber in the diet and avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water and fruit juice. Also get plenty of exercise as this helps keeps the bowels regular. Excessive consumption of caffeine and alcohol also has to be avoided and sit daily in Sitz bath for some days. If the symptoms persist then local anesthetic creams, vasoconstrictors, protectants, antiseptics, analgesics (pain relievers), corticosteroids and keratolytics can be used. Non medical treatment involves sclerotherapy, Rubber band ligation, heat coagulation, cryotherapy and surgery.
Consult a surgeon so that you can be examined and the best treatment option decided.
