please dignose me..I am deseperate

31 years old female, thin and healthy in general ..I have MTHFR mutation but nothing bothered me and they found it by accident.
I have been having weird symptoms for 8 months now ( 4 months after I gave birth) with no diagnosis and nothing showed in my blood work except positive ANA 1:320 Homogeneous. I went to 2 rheumatologists who did their panel and nothing showed and even my sed-rate is normal. clotting factors are normal. lyme is negative but not sure if the test is accurate because it is not Igenex.
I have been having unexplained bruising on my lower legs in addition to lesions resemble erithima nodusom(SP?)
pain on left side under rib cage, and sometimes left arm.
fatigue from time to time.
leg pain and sometimes muscles cramping in them.
I got a wired spot in my eye with pale yellow color but ophthalmologist didn't see anything.
bad dizziness and pulsating tinnitus in my ear ( it gets worse when I bend over).( I am seeing neuro next week).
weird sensation in my nose like tickling.
twitching but not very often and in my toes mostly.
generally feeling unwell.
This is in addition to a whole bulk of symptoms that come and go over the course of days.
doctors and friends and family are all brushing me off and I am starting to get depressed.
please help me how should I proceed.?? anyone with experience ?? advice pleaseeeeee

I would suggest finding an internist who will look at all symptoms and all body systems to rule things out. Keep trying doctors until somebody helps you. It's a crappy process, but eventually you'll find someone! You can do it!

The postivie ANA and lesions make one think of Lupus.  Lupus is an autoimmune disease that is very hard to diagnose.  Except for the positive ANA, there is no other known test.
Something you can do to help yourself is watch your diet.  Some with Lupus find they can't eat: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, mushrooms or peppers.  These cause pain in some arthritic and Lupus conditions.
I am sorry that you are suffering in this way and that the rheumies haven't found the answer.
Remember, the squeeky wheel gets the oil... so the patient who continues to complain gets the attention.
  Wishing you the best.
