Ok, heres goes. I'm currently active duty in the Navy. I've been having these problems for about a year now, and doctors can't really diagnose me. Here are my symptoms:

-Burning/Itching/Tingling of the hands and feet, along with swelling

-Burning/Itching of red lesions (not sure if thats what they are or not, but they look like red bumps that are usually not in any particular shape, but are usually about 2-3 inches wide), i get these all over my body.

-Extreme fatigue, it doesn't matter if I get 11,10,9,8 hours of sleep I still feel very tired and weak.

The specialist had originaly diagnosed me with burgers disease, but had called me about a month later and told me that it wasn't(after they took a biopsy from my hand). She couldn't really pinpoint the problem, just that I had some type of neuropathy. She now thinks it is chilblians. What do you guys think? I'd really appreciate any info! I'm tired of this controling my life! Please, Please, I've been living with this for 10 months now. Thank you.

Here are some pictures of the lesisions

Sorry to see you haven't gotten any help. Have you seen different doctors or are you only allowed to see military doctors? Find a new doctor.

Have you received any treatment for it? Prednisone would be a good choice, even if you don't have a diagnosis yet. Is the rash raised? You say lesions, are any of them actually open or seeping? I couldn't tell from the pics.
Could be Urticaria. Photo link:

It does not look like Chilblains form the pictures you posted Chilblain picture link:

I looked up Erythromelalgia on eMedicine.com, and read this article:
http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic730.htm
It really does not sound quite like what you describe. I also found some pictures at this site:
http://dermatlas.med.jhmi.edu/derm/
It did not look similar in my opinion to the pictures you posted. There also is not really a dermatological component to this disease, the redness is limited to the hands and feet, and fatigue was also not listed as a symptom.
I don't really have any more ideas at this point, unless you have more information you can share such as what tests you've had done, and what medicines you've tried.

Tyler,
You posted a query at LymeNet.org and received good answers.

Have you followed up on this?
