All of these symptoms have been together for the most part (same time) or just alone, but all have been continuous for the past four or five days (maybe longer) i know there are alot, but that is why i am concerned and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?:

-ALMOST constant nausea (vomiting a few times as well)

-random chest pain (mainly on left side) but both sides
-heart palpitations with fast heart beat
-random "thumping headache" lasting a few seconds in random areas of my head (mostly right side) followed by lightheadedness.
-dizzyness/lightheadedness
-ALOT of anxiousness (jittery feeling)
-blurred vision
-weakness, fatigue (sleeping alot)
- shortness of breath (sometimes have that wheezy feeling WITHOUT the wheezing, just occasional little coughs)
-numbness

SIDE NOTE: in reference to everything ive said, maybe some history might help, some maybe nothing in relation? just so you know  all my past medical issues include:

- i was born with only two "cords" rather than the  three in the umbilical cord
- when i was 2 yrs old  my legs stopped "working" for a month. (never found out why)
- had this recurring "lump" under my jaw on the right side (dont know why)
- had numerous UTI's and a kidney infection.
- had a kidney stone in july 2005 (threw up ALOT of biol with that)
- top of my right leg went completely numb for two weeks straight in 2007

- had
- had a kidney stone (low potassium at the same time) in Dec 08 (two weeks after surgery)
- left ovary infection in feb of 09 (cause not found, was NOT from STD)
- random fever spiking to 104.0 with lower back pain in march 09 (cause not found)
- random rectal bleeding (large amounts of blood) with no other symptoms march 09 (two days after the 104 temperature.) (cause not found)

Those are all i can think of right now.. not sure if they will help, but maybe...
other information that may help:
- started having sex in 2007
- never been pregnant
- never had an STD
- used to drink alot of beer and liquor (2006-2009)
- i smoke cigarettes (2007-2009)
- ive taken percocets on a regular basis for months at a time, NOT every month  (2005-current)

probably way more information than you need.. lol but anything that might help?  thanks for taking time to help me out.

thanks. i just dont see how acid reflux could cause ALL of the symptoms?  they all occur with or without eating or drinking. the chest pains i have had for about 10+ years, occurs randomly throughout the day. ALMOST every day.  some days worse than others. the pain around my kidney comes and goes all the time for a couple years now. All the other symptoms i listed have just recently started all together for the past week now... this has happened before back in the summer of 07 and around august of 08. and now again... drs never seemed to know what it was to cause all of that.

Hello,
Sorry replied to an earlier question first. Most likely this kind of pain is due to acid reflux from the stomach. But any chest pain is cardiac in nature unless proved otherwise. Try raising the head of your bed about four inches with blocks. It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for two hours before you lie down. To help control the stomach acid, one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them, or eat chocolate or spicy or greasy food.

Take some OTC antacid like Mylanta. You can also take zantac or omeprazole .These will help. Also keep your fluid electrolyte balance optimum by drinking lots of fluids.

If the symptoms worsen then it may be due to H.Pylori infection. You need antibiotics in that case after prescription from a physician. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your physician. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
Mostly the lymph node swelling are found after an infection. Sinus infections usually cause swollen lymph nodes in the neck. So best would be to get a FNAC of the lymph node done which will confirm the diagnosis.

the main concern is the nagging left sided flank pain and the left sided chest pain.. they occur either together or separate, but last long periods at a time.  I do have a history of kidney stones, but this feels nothing at all like my past stones. and i have consumed alot of acetaminophen over the past few months and alot of red bull... maybe that is what's causing it? i know thats not the best idea, but im just being honest..

Hello,
Since you are having predominantly abdominal symptoms, so some of the important possibilities that need to be ruled out are gastrointestinal infections, bowel obstruction, ovarian cysts and pelvic inflammatory disease, irritable bowel syndrome , kidney obstruction or pyelonephritis. My sincere advice is to consult a physician and get an ultrasound and CT abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Warm regards
