Ok, so the worrying about being gay is an irrational worry, not based in any actual feelings? When you feel that way, focus on the fact that you like girls, you are attracted to girls, and you aren't attracted to men. Focus on the evidence that you are not gay. It won't necessarily stop the anxiety on the subject, but it might help keep you grounded.
Your profile says you live in Fes, Morocco, which makes things a little more difficult. I don't speak Arabic, which makes it hard to look up community mental health services, but they do exist in Morocco. French might work too, since I believe you are in the French-speaking part of Morocco (I only speak Spanish, which is only useful in northern Morocco). Search for community mental health clinics, because there should be some that won't cost you anything.
There are some things you can do on your own to help with depression. Exercise is one, which you are already doing. Make sure to get sunlight every day, especially in the morning (make sure to wear sunscreen though). You can also buy full spectrum sun lamps to sit under if going outside is impractical. Try to keep a daily routine, even on the weekends, getting up at the same time every day and going to sleep at the same time. If you can get melatonin over the counter in Morocco, it's a mild sleep aid that helps regulate your internal clock, and is useful if getting to sleep and keeping a schedule is an issue. A bedtime routine, something you do before going to bed every night, can help tell your body it's time to sleep. Use your bedroom (especially your bed) for sleeping and sex only, so that you associate it with sleep and not staying up. If you are tossing and turning and can't sleep, get up and do something boring, like reading a book you've read a thousand times, or cleaning something until you feel tired, and then go back to bed (if you're cleaning, at least you have a clean room if you can't get to sleep). Keep the room dark and turn the clock away from your bed so you can't watch the minutes tick by. You could also look up relaxation techniques online, and do those.
If you're hyperventilating (breathing really quickly and deeply) during a panic attack, breathe into a paper bag. Hyperventilating causes your blood to get alkaline, which can make your face start buzzing and make you dizzy, among other things, and usually makes the panic attack worse. Breathing into a paper bag makes you breathe back in some of the CO2 you breathed out (which turns into acidic H2CO3 in the blood), and helps restore the pH of your blood and stop the hyperventilating.
There are some supplements that might help (available without a prescription), but you need to be careful. Some people recommend taking fish oil supplements for depression, and there's at least some evidence that it works. SAMe has some evidence for use in depression, and there's mixed reviews on St. John's Wort. There are several important caveats about supplements. First of all, they aren't always well regulated, and might contain things not on the label, sometimes heavy metals, so you need to check a reputable source that has done quality control testing on the brand you are thinking of using. Second, anything that works has side effects, and it's a trade-off. Third, if you are taking any other medications, supplements can interfere with the medications and produce bad results. Do your reading, and ask a pharmacist about interactions.
And it's really preferable to get some medications that have been proven to work, and are well regulated as to content and dose. As well as an accurate diagnosis by a mental health professional.
In some countries, there are mental health crisis lines you can call to talk to someone if you're feeling desperate. I have no idea if Morocco has these, but it's worth looking into.

You really need to see a doctor (preferably a psychiatrist), or at least a therapist or psychologist. You sound like you have an anxiety disorder and maybe clinical depression as well, and these professionals can help you treat it. There are free or low cost clinics out there that will see you even if you don't have insurance. If you're still in school, they probably have a counselor, social worker, therapist, or psychologist on staff who can talk to you, which might be the easiest option.
A psychiatrist is the only one who can prescribe medications, although some psychologists work in a practice with a psychiatrist who will do the prescribing recommended by the psychologist. And you sound like you might really benefit from medications, either rescue drugs for panic attacks (like xanax) and/or long term anti-anxiety drugs, like fluvox. A psychiatrist will be able to talk about options, benefits, risks, and potential side effects to determine what would be good for you to try. Cognitive behavioral therapy might help as well, and can be done alone or in conjunction with medications.
Getting enough exercise can help with depression, so jogging or playing sports are a good thing to continue. Just don't overdo them or hurt yourself by being too intense about it.
Thankfully, receiving oral sex as a male is either extremely low risk or possibly no risk for contracting HIV. You can get other STDs this way, but probably not HIV. A lot of clinics will do free HIV tests, which you can get at 4, 12, and 24 weekss post possible exposure (it takes time for your body to produce a measurable immune response, but it shouldn't take longer than 6 months). There's a rapid test that will get results in 20 min. or so that just involves a mouth swab. Clinics that do HIV tests can also usually test you for other STDs.
Calm down about the HIV "symptoms". It can take years for people with HIV to get actual symptoms, and headaches and sore throats can be caused by just about anything. That's why almost every drug imaginable has those as possible side effects: the participants write down everything that happens, and sore throat and headaches are so common that they can happen regardless of the medication (they are sometimes actually side effects of meds, but probably not as often as they're listed as such).
I'm sorry if I'm misinterpreting this bit, but why are you afraid to turn gay? Are you just generally anxious about it because you think it would be a bad thing, or do you have attractions to other men and worry that you are gay? There is nothing wrong with being gay, although there will always be people who disapprove (some people disapprove of everything). If you do have sex with guys (or with girls), just make sure to use condoms to prevent STD transmission.
I hope you found this helpful.
