My eldest brother( who died at the age of 92,had mild injury in the in the his child hood. The injury was neglected. envntually his leg was operated and a bone was placed in the place of knee.At that time the surerty of knee was not developed as of now. with that old surgery, his feet remant straight and when he walked, he had a noticible limp, Because of this his whole life was a waste. He developed depression because of apperent crippleness.
Little carelessness ruined his life and it had bad effect on our whole family. One has  to take care of a mallest injury.

im english, but i had the same problem as your son, anger issues and a severe tendency to punch things when i got angry or frustrated, i got expelled from school for it. i broke my knuckle when id had abit 2 drink and decided in all my 16 years of wisdom to punch a bus stop. turned out id broke my little finger on my left hand, when as soon as id done it, despite the amount of alcohol, i immediently felt this extreme, almost unbearable dull pain, and my finger and the 2 next to it swelled up unbelievably quick. i got myself home and fell asleep. i woke up and my hand was still swollen and i had that dull pain i mentioned. i went to work with it because i thought it was nothing and i tried to shrug it off, however the knuckle had just dissapeared, when i tried to make a fist (which hurt like hell believe me) the knuckle wasnt there, it seemed to have just sank into my hand, i finished my shift and immediently went to the hospital, where after numerous x- rays and examinations (can you make a fist? can you spread your fingers ect?) it was confirmed i had indeed broken my knuckle. the docs just bandaged it up gave me a week off work, and geve me an apointment to go bak and see them in 2 weeks. after 6 weeks the knuckle healed and the docs said it was ok. however even now about a year and a half afterwards, it still lookes like i have no knuckle on my left hands little finger, and it does seem to come out further than the little finger on my other hand when i spread my fingers. there is no pain though and i can still punch fine with it as i am now in the british army boxing team and have had no problems with it. i think the reason for this is i took myself to the hospital as soon as i could after doing it so it didn't have time to heal itself in the wrong place or be knocked into a funny angle. there was talk of my needing plates in my knuckle just to make sure it set itself straight, which would have been a long and painful procedure i can assure you! however i refused that option as i had work and army selection course coming up so the treated my as i have mentined and it is now fine. i would reccomend to you, and everyone else on this forum though that a suspected broken knuckle needs to be checked out ASAP as if left untreated it could heal wrong, causing great pain and arthritis in later life. not to mention the pain caused if you bang/knock it at work or somewere. and it could also affect your future as if it heals wrong it can greatley affect your room of mobility in not just his knuckle, but your sons whole hand. and as for the punching things phase, he'll grow out of it eventually, but untull then, suggest he takes up a sport such as boxing? it helped me a great deal. good luck!

Today at school I was messing around with my friend, he asked me for a dead arm match, I went to punch him with my full power on his arm and he got his elbow in the way, my whole hand is swollen up, no bruises just abousately swollen the top of it, and my ring knuckle has sinked like an inch inside, it feels terribly painful to lift up, I can still obviously clinch my hand, (hurts a bit) and like straighten out my hand, but at the top of my hand I can feel something ROCK solid, idk if it's the swelling, and when I clinch my hand the ring finger is bigger then the middle finger when I clinch my hand and I see my fingers with hair on it you know the place I mean? My other hand has a smalled ring finger then the middle one... IDK what I should do, I don't want to go to the doctors, I'm putting ice on it atm, and it just really hurts! - Will it heal by itself at the knuckle will pop back out again once the swelling is over?

P.S: When I open my hand, I can't feel a bone in my knuckles persition, when I move my finger over my ring finger knuckle I can then feel something hard like a bone on it, my hand sinks into it, it's all soft and stuff... and I touch my ring finger knuckle I can feel something inside it moving but that doesn't hurt. Only when I move my ring finger around it does.

PLEASE RESPOND, I AM WORRIED.
