prolonged facial redness burning

My cheeks and often ears turn bright red and burn like severe sunburn every day - lasts for several hours.  This is almost always associated with extreme blood pressure and throbbing headache.   Have already been tested for and have eliminated possible - carcinoid/syndrome, tumors, pheocromocytoma, post menopause hormone related, food reactions.

Only relief is pure honey on cheeks and some relief using cold chamomile tea bags held to face in cloth.  This has been getting worse over past year or so.
