Im a 28 year old man from Australia, living in Canada at the moment.I have had shoulder pain for as long as i can remember,i have spent countless of money on massages,chiropractor's,x-rays,physiotherapists.And before i moved to Canada i found a Sports Physiotherapist that told me i have a weak or damaged rhomboid muscle, caused from bad posture from shrugging my right shoulder forward and slouching. He gave me one excerise to do which helped but old habits kicked in and it went stiff and the pain was there again.I have learnt to deal with the pain but its tearing my body down, and was wondering if anyone know's how to strengthen the rhomboid muscle as i cant find anyone in Canada as yet.....
