ringing in ears

I have been experiencing buzzing and excess ringing in ears for about a week now! My ears also hurt and I also have headaches, nausea, tiredness, and am extremely dizzy. I had a MRI 6 months ago and everything came back negative, they found nothing. Previous to that I had a CT scan done 2 years ago and everything normal. I have no family history of brain tumors, and was just wondering if a brain tumor could develop that fast (6 months) and cause those symptoms in that amount of time?

I am also having the same problems..dizzy,lightheadedness, off balance..but not nausea..I went to the doctor for ear infection did meds..nothing changed..then said I had fluid buildup..took meds agan..nothing better..he then sent me to a ENT specialists..they did hearing test..I have lost hearing in my left hear and some in the right..she took me in and sat me on the table bed..then had me lay back and turn my head to the left at a 45 degree angle..my eyes jump side to side very fast and I was extremly dizzy..she said that I had "Benign positonal vertigo" which she said the crystals in my left ear were off balance..she schedueled me for an MRI ..haven't got the results back yet..Its prety scarey not knowing whats going on..really stressed out..so many thoughts..she has me doing liberation maneuver..says after doing this the dizziness should clear up and get my crystals back to normal..I feel for everyone going through this..I have read so many stories on here and most haven't been cured..good luck....

Hs anyone suggested Mennire's(SP?) syndrome? It can cause ear noises and dizziness and nausua goes with dizziness.  Ear buzzing also is a sign of hearing loss and to much tylenol type products. Did all these symptoms come at the same time? Goggle mennire's and hope that it comes up with my bad spelling.  Also have you gotten and eye exam lately? It could be 2 seperate problems that just happened around the same time. Good luck & feel better. Try motion sickness wrist bands for symptoms.

Symptoms could be caused by hypertension or even something like addisons disease. Worth looking into anyhow.

Hi did you have an MRI a few months ago for same reasons.  Is it possible you have an ear/sinus infection.
