save my life!

I have been have these unexplained symtoms for about 2 1/2 years now. At the beginning, I would get a tingly feeling in my face and then both of my hands would come up to my mouth repetively. They were happeniong day and night, every 15 minutes. Recently, they have gotten stronger and only happen at night. I hit myself, my hand goes in my mouth, and now I pass out, and have convulsions. They say they aren't seizures. Please help me.
