I worked night shift for 10 years, ate once a day, and raised 3 boys so I got little sleep during that period. I was healthy at the time. I had the same thing happen to me. I believed at the time it had everything to do with my hours, the little sleep, and not eating right. My heart would race off and on, thinking I was having a panic attack but not quite that far. I quit all caffeine for a while and worked on eating better & the sleep. It stopped.

Sounds like your energy drinks are causing problems. They contain a lot of sugar and caffeine, so they can cause the jittery, anxious feeling and then when you are not drinking them you may feel bad due to lack of caffeine. Get away from those drinks and try to eat regularly. If you still feel the same after changing these things, I would see a doctor.

you may have low blood sugar. You will have to have a glucose test from your doctor. If you feel better after you eat something high in protien you may have it. Please go to the doctor.
