sever abdominal pain! help!

So 7 years ago I had my gallbladder removed when I was 18. For the last 3 months I've been having "attacks".. I had an ultrasound two weeks ago and there were no stones in my common bile duct but they did find a 2.2cm mass on my liver which they think is a hemangioma (which one that small should have no symptoms or pain). I was having a good few days at the time though as in no attacks around the time of the ultrasound.. I swear that what I'm feeling is exactly like a gallbladder attack. It always happens after I eat something.. or if I drink any alcoholic beverages. Almost immediately. And it's really painful for a while then it calms down and it's a dull ach for hours.. I get nausea, and the sweats, and shaky and weak feeling. The first couple were so bad I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn't breath. Now I get them on a regular basis but when I'm not recovering from an "attack" or in the middle of one I feel fine.. like 100% normal. Please help. I'm so lost and it's really effecting my life.
