severe pain in right and left lower abdomen, lower aching, nausea, weakness-endo

Over the last year I've been experiencing abdominal pain.My periods don't come on time&almost always leave me doubled over & dizzy from the cramping pain.At first I was just in great pain after a busy day or a long work week&now, for half a year, the pain is constant.Until about 3 months ago the pain was only on my right side&it would cause my right upper thigh to hurt very badly &my lower back would hurt sometimes along with the abdominal pain.Now my left side hurts too&I have a deep aching down lower about where my cervix is.I've been nauseous&dizzy to the point that if I move my head I feel like vomiting, but never do. Sometimes, once a month, I will get very nauseous&that is the only warning I have before I've crumpled to the floor,writhing,& screaming in pain.That could last the rest of the day or come&go throughout the day each time giving me the extreme nausea only seconds before the pain.Over this past year I have also been finding blood in my stool & will sometimes pass nothing but blood through my bowels.I saw a doctor&had a colonoscopy&he said that it must be internal hemmoroids (hemorrhoids)&prescribed a medication for the pain, which never helped.In the last 3 months I've lost a lot of weight& muscle mass.At the same time my symptoms worsened I came down with a severe case of bronchitis that I still can't seem to get over as I cough up much mucus that is yellow&very thick.Also in the last 3 months I have been getting my period earlier &earlier&it will come on real heavy and then stop after2 days,start a day or2 later with a much darker blood that smells.What is wrong with me

So the pain is now constant, even when you don't have your period ?

Also, you mention in the subject line that you have weakness. When does this happen ?

I have the same pain, r u on birth control? I get a severe stabbing pain in my abdomen and i end up either on the floor screaming in pain or in the emergency room getting IV's. Sometimes my periods are light and im ok and then a couple dowm the line i have it for 1-3 days then it goes away and comes back later in the week , and when this happens im on the floor in pain!

i have the same symptoms the abdomen pain either achy pain all day long or stabbing pains and last month i had alot of blood in my stool i never got the colonoscopy b/c it stopped but i still haveing pain in my lowere right and sometimes left abdomen...i had ovarian cycst about 7-8 yrs ago but it took them until the cyst almost rupture utnil i had severre pain... im trying to figure whats wrong  now though ...did you ever figure it out ??
