Get a referral to a neurologist ASAP! You shouldn't be suffering and your condition sounds neurolgical.
I know it sounds trite but is there ANYTHING that helps you relax just a bit? Talking to a friend, soft music, a warm bath . . . anything? Nothing makes chronic pain worse than having it completely take over your focus and energy.
Do you have a pain clinic near you that could help with biofeedback, etc. so you can get a bit of relief???

I have been having chronic pain/high fever and a elevated white blood count for 3 months now. Docs dont know wht is going on. Seems like this occurs after making love. It isnt so much uncomfortable while doing it,,its knowing the outcome afterwards. This is weird and hard to live with..Doubles you over the next day and for 2 days afterwards a high fever of close to 103. Any help or advise is greatly appreciated..God bless
I agree see another neurologist your symptoms do sound like they are neurological. I,m one of the many on the forum with an neurological problems with no known cause but meds have helped to control some of the symptoms when theyve been really bad. I am also severly disabled by it so I know how you feel. I also had normal emg, brain scans two yrs ago.

Have you considered alternative medicine (massage, accupuncture, etc.)? It might relieve a bit of pain until you can be seen.
