severe right leg pain

Hi i have had 3 back sugery's in the last 2 years everytime the say the pain will go away but it has only gotten worse i have had pain blockage done 4 times steroids blockage too in too my lower back and after 24 hours the pain is back again. I do have lower back arthritis and Degenerative Disk Disease.I have had EMG's CT's MRI's everything and they can not find out what is wrong.My pain goes from my lower right side of my back thru my hip down into my leg and my 3 toes go numb sometimes.My right leg goes numb and does go out on me.I don't know what do it anymore i sometimes tell myself maybe it would be better just to cut my right leg off at the hip cause the pain bring's me to tear's.It is starting too effect everything i do i lay in bed and cry cause the pain is so bad.So i'm hoping someone can help me Please
