sharp pain in right lower front abdomen

hello everybody,
last night i woke up feeling sharp pain in my right lower front abdomen. First it lasts for 10 minutes then it went for 2 minutes then again it came back for 10 minutes and then finally it went away. So i went to the doctor he asked me for rft and urine analysis test.
urine report show rbc/hpf was 28-30 and protein was marked as trace.
he told me it could be infection but to find out the reason we have to ultrasound, which i will get tomorrow.
Here are few symptoms that i feel while pain.
I felt my arms are bit sleepy.
I had no fever.
I had no vomiting.
No burning urination.
But after 10 hours now have diarrhoea.

Could anybody tell me what could be the possibilities or regarding the above urine report.
