shivering

I feel really hot like when you start to get sick but my whole body starts to shiver as if its freezing even though I'm not cold at all.  Could this be a cardiovascular problem?

Only thing i know that does that is a high fever, have you been ill lately? or had any health problems at all?. also even if it's not some people are just like that and they get cold very easily, i've known a few people like that, my grandma and my mum are like that too, my grandma has always had the fire on full blast even in the summer even when i was little, hard to not sit in her house and almost fall asleep lol and my mum feels even the tiniest draft and shivers, leave a door open even for a second and she goes cold lol.
