shower fatigue

What can cause extreme fatigue during shower?

If the water is too hot, your blood pressure can drop, hence fatigue.

I did this a few times.

Yes I agree with "Icannot". The hot water and the low blood pressure can cause you to feel fatigued. One thing I have read about this, is to take a glass of water before taking a shower. It might help, it sure helps me. Also try not using water so hot. Good luck!
