side of the nose twitches and hurts to the touch

Yesterday, my nose started twitching occasionally. Today I woke up with the right side of my nose slightly swollen (almost unnoticeable) but that side hurts to the touch. Also, that side of the nose is twitching. What could it be? and is it something I should really worry about?
