hi,  u dreams could be trying to tell u something, however small. it is said that when we dream our sub-conscious is telling us stuff through our dreams.  get yourself a dream analysis book and see if you can find out what they mean to your everyday life.

Hi, I think stress can cause symptoms such as waking up quite a lot plus vivid dreams which seem real. If you are waking up so often you are bound to feel tired.Have you spoken to your docter about your levels of anxiety and the sleep problems? I don't know a lot about sleep disorders but I,m sure someone on the forum will. Alternatively if the anxiety you are experiencing is due to practical events eg work, domestic life at home try reading about relaxation therapies they may help you. Chris
