.My pinky toe was knocked out of socket and I have buddy taped.  What else please.

If it didn't pop back in place, you need to head to a physician's office to have this done.  If it has popped back, taping it is a good idea and be careful for the next 3 weeks.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have taped it yourself, I suggest you get an X-RAY to see if the bones are in place. Otherwise healing may make your little finger crooked. If still the bones are not aligned, you will need to consult an orthopedic specialist.
Keep weight off this leg, especially while walking. Take an anti-inflammatory to avoid swelling and pain. In all probability it will heal in 4-6 weeks. Take care!
