sore throat, diarrhea and upset stomach

yesterday morning i woke up with a sore throat. i thought o its nothing since i had been screaming alot the day before.I also experienced diarrhea that day. but then this morning when i woke up my throat felt better but now my stomach is killing me and i feel very nauseaious. Whats wrong with me?

yea thats what i think but now im starting to feel better, can it be like a 24 hour bug or something?

ok ill start doing that, ive been drinking alot of tea for my throat and it doesnt hurt as bad anymore and i was eating some animal crakers so my stomach doesnt hurt as bad either
