Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be due to Vit D or Vit B12 deficiency and since you have anemia, this should be looked into. The other thing which can be done is Blood culture. Possibility of tuberculosis should be investigated. Recurrent brucellosis or Malta fever as it is called is treated with prolonged course of tetracycline and streptomycin. Please discuss whether this could be done for you.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

It sounds like a vitamin D deficiency.  If your levels are not between 50-80 then your stomach, organs, muscles, skin, etc cannot absorb calcium properly and you cannnot absorb water properly without it. You are  dehydrated.
