strange burning in face and hands

For about a week now, My hands and face have felt like they were burning... or being shocked with a low voltage. My hands, forearms, and face are very sensitive to touch, even the wind or my own hair. They are especially sensitive to metal, like keys and zippers. I am in perfect health and have never had any health problems before this...
