swelling and itching of the hands and feet

I got on line to see if I could find out what might be causing this... but so far I have not found anything... I am a 53year old female and I have it very often the swelling and itching and it drives me crazy... I cant get the itch to stop and I make sores from scratching so much... it is miserable. I have noticed on a few occasions that I had been using weedeater or raking or something to sort of my  hands even riding mower... but as far as my feet I have no Ideal.. this is driving me crazy what can I do?

Do you have joint or muscle pain?  What meds do you take>  My legs and feet swell, hurt aND get red and itchy=ALSO MY PALMS OF HANDS but i have a LOT of health issues.

Have you considered skin problems or maybe you got poison ivy outside,
