swollen nasal lymp nodes in the nose, and howdo you get the swelling to go down?

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
What you are probably talking about is inflamed nasal turbinates. These are protusions from wall of nose. The treatment is usually by anti-inflammatory steroidal nasal drops and antihistaminics. Other than that the lumps could be nasal polyps. Hence it would be wise to get an ENT consult before starting treatment.
