swollen stomach with diarrhea

Hello i have a question for some reason my stumach has been inlarged also if pressed the stumach is very hard and with some slight pain if pressed below the chest bone. Have had alot of noise on the lower left side above left hip can feel the growls? also have had diarrhea for the past 3 and a half months some times i do have slight tummy achs but not bad also do have alot os acid refluxe and belching.. i don't have insurance do to company layed me off durring knee surgery but don't know what else to do i eat like i normaly have even thoi don't eat as much as i normaly do any advice would be helpfull thank you.

I agree with nikki. You need to get it checked. You could have problems with your gallbladder or intestines. Neither of these is something you want to become worse. I just had my gallbladder removed the day this was posted. It caused me to have diarrhea and swelling on the right side around my gallbladder that had my friend not just had hers removed would have caused me to believe it was my stomach. On top of that I have horrid acid reflux. I have other health problems and thought my tiredness was from it but discovered your gallbladder can also cause fatigue. You may also be very gassy and that could be causing the noise in your intestines. Mine rumbled quite a bit. And all my problems started with belching in January. Go to Emerg immediately and try and work something out with the payment issues, you could be in serious health danger

also have not been in the mood to do much feel more drained and also am more tired than normaly.
