swollen submandibular gland

I am having some pain that just started today. My lymph node is swollen about the size of an egg. It is very tender to touch and visible... Any ideas on what this could be? I have no fever.

it might be inflammation of lymph node.so you should see a doctor.
it may be mumps.

It might be an infection. Wait until tommorow and see where it really hurts you will know where the infection is if you have one. I here itt is going around.
