sympoms simular to hypothyroid- results normal, pituitary tumor, undiagnosed symptoms

Hi
I have been battling with many symptoms for nearly 8 years now, it first started with undiagnosed hypothyroid, and just last year I was diagnosed with a prolactin secreting tumour, I am not taking anything for the pit tumour, the endo didn’t think it was anything to worry about. My resent blood work came back for my thyroid and the results look normal,

TSH 0.75 (.5-5.00)
FT4 19 (9.0-25.0)
FT3 5.3 (3.5-6.5)
I’ve also taken progesterone, my resent results  were  progesterone 34.1  (10-70) oestradiol 444 (200-790)

I still struggling with a lot of symptoms and recently they have gotten worse. I suffer from insomnia, don’t fall asleep till 2-3am, I wake up at about 5 ish and then fall asleep and cant get out of bed till 10am in the morning.  Have a bit of fatigue in the morning, but that’s improved big time since my thyroid levels have improved. I also am slightly depressed, cannot concentrate to study have  a lot of metal fatigue, am not the same person I use to be. I could starve my self and my stomach wouldn’t feel hunger at all. Most of my symptoms are the same as when my thyroid levels were low but are a lot milder since my thyroid levels have improved, hope that makes sense.

Since the beginning of the year I have been going to the gym 4-5 times a week, for 1hour sometimes 1 ½ hours of exercise. My diet is very simple, protein shake in the morning and after gym, tuna, salads, olive oil and a bit of spelt bread, and veg. I have only lost 1.5 in the beginning but now just struggle to maintain that weight loss.

My insulin was high at the beginning of the year, i think it was 15 in the morning, but has now droped to 7. And since my insuling has dropped so has my testosterone within normal range.

Is there something else I should ask my doc to test for? I can’t understand what is causing my symptoms. My liver tests are normal. My thyroid antibodies were just under 30.

I am also having blood results for acth to rule out cushings disease. But if I had cushings disease wouldn’t it be impossible for my insulin to drop? Also I was told insomnia wasn’t a symptom of cushings disease. Does this sound like cushings to anyone?
I would like to hear any possible suggestions, any other tests I should have done? And thankyou to anyone taking the time to read my post.

See an endocrinologist.  Have your adrenal glands tested.
