tearing feeling in tendons

What could be he cause of this phenomena?  I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 20 years ago, have had chronic joint and muscle pain for years, have periods of months with total left sided neuropathy. And now I have the feeling of tendons tearing in my left wrist, left and right ankles, right knee. over my right first finger knuckle, and even in my right eye!  The pain subsides but will ache even upon resting.  The pain while resting comes and goes with a crescendo or peak.  Nothing seems to help the pain.  Mixed connective tissue disease?
Thanks for any help from anyone!
