testicular pain/doc doesnt know

Hello, I am asking this question for my husband. It may be long. I appologize. He started having testicular pain abou 5 months ago. In the past few weeks his pain has become severe. He doesnt admit when he hurts much, but when he falls to his knees I KNOW. We noticed a change in (sexual performance). He went to one doc who told him prostitis. The second doc said no idea. And the 3rd was a specialist. He said it was an aggrivated groin muscle. He told us it would be better in a week. Its already been 5 months of pain. Anyway, does any one know what else these symptoms could be? I just have a feeling it is something more.

Pain in testicals (comes and goes)
decrease in ejaculate
loss of sex drive

by the way ALL lab work came back neg.

We haven't found anything out! The last thing we were told was it's an aggrivated groin muscle. He is still in a lot of pain. He tried taking Motrin to ease the pain; that did not work, He swithched from boxers to breifs; that helped a bit. He has tried hot bathes; that did not help. He has become paranoid about the situation now. He is having loss of appatite, weight loss, nausea, tight chest and insomnia. I would really like to know if anyone has any idea what is going on here. I wish I could help him but I have know idea what to do.
