thyroid problem or not?

I am a 21 year old male and i have basically been feeling like **** for the past 4 months. My salivary glands always have a pressure type feeling (discomfort) and their seems to be a small mass under MY left jaw and pressure under my ears, my eyes are always watery, i yawn constantly as well (even if i get more than enough rest), and my hands shake and from what i can tell other parts of my body shake on and off (tremors i guess). So basically im just confused. The shaking relieves a little bit if i drink alcohol but i still just have a sense of not feeling myself lately. Ive had thyroid blood tests and a ct scan all of which negative. Also a few weeks back i had a very bad swelling incident with my parotid saliary gland under my left ear. Very confused any advice would be appreciated.

What thyroid test did you have done, TSH? And what was the value? There is a lot of debate about the "normal" range given from the results of this test, it may be beneficial for you to get T3/T4 tests also.
