tinnitus

I have ringing in my ears that comes and goes, joint pain, muscle pain and fatigue. I have been tested for auto immune diseases. Also I have a bony growth on the inside of my nose right at the bridge. It has doubled in size over the last two years. The ENT said my bone is just growing. That wasn't much help.

Hypothyroidism can also cause tinnitus, fatigue and joint pain.  Have you had your thyroid function tested?  Though that is probably unrelated to the bony growth, it might still be a good idea.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have a bony growth in the nose that has doubled up in size in last 2 years, then consult another ENT. Either this is an inflamed nasal turbinate due to allergies (which can explain tinnitus and body aches too) or it is a growth that needs to be investigated. Otherwise food allergies, severe anemia, and high blood cholesterol can also cause tinnitus and muscle and body ache. It can also be chronic fatigue syndrome. Please take a second opinion from another ENT. Take care!
