tired feeling in chest and throat please help

Hi there, I have been having this feeling for over a month really bad now.  I am also 27 weeks pregnant and I feel this tired feeling in my chest and throat which kinda feels like when you inhale a cigerette too hard and it kinda burns.  It makes me literally feel tired I also get this pain in my upper stomach and I'v been burping and have had a ton of heart burn.  I'm sure a lot may have to do with my pregnancy but this throat and chest thihg is driving me crazy plus I also feel short of breath.  I have had EKG, Holter, and Echco and everything was ok so I know it is not my heart cause I have also been getting chest pain.  I feel like I'm just going to fall over and die.

Thanks =) how does the doctor check for GERD??? can it really make you feel tired in your chest? I do feel nausiated and like I can't breath and I get pain in my chest and I feel like I have something in my throat all the way down to my stomach.  a lot of the times I force myself to eat small meals through out the day cause I know the baby needs it but if it werent for me being pregnant I wouldn't feel like eating most of the time.

Did your doctor check you for GERD?  It sounds like acid reflux which I also had so bad when pregnant.  It can make you hurt so bad and feeling like you can't breathe, eat etc.  I am not even pregnant anymore and I still get it daily.  I take Kapadex which really works, nothing else does.  I have no pain anymore.
God Bless...
