I am having a MRI on my neck and spinal cord this week.  I also have lesions on my brain and we are looking to see if they are also on neck and spine.  My sister has MS and we need to rule this out.  I will take your advice to my physican and see where we go from here.  This happened two yrs ago and then they went away.  I have had 4 of these in the last month.  Thank you so much on your advice.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
These tremors could be a localized form of epilepsy or seizures. It could also be due to compression of cervical spinal nerves due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. Please consult a neurologist. You may need a MRI of cervical spine or EEG.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
