I had many of these symptoms,especialy the swelling,of feet and shooting painsdown my left shoulder,tiredness,dizzyness.most of those symptoms are gone since ive given up glutun.But I do sometimes still have chest pain and numbness at night,which the glutin free diet dosent seem to help,however a low dose asprine and deep breathing seems to help,mostly I have thease symptoms when im feeling stressed. im a 50 year old lady,fairly active and I still do smoke

Go see a rheumatologist. Both the chest pain and foot swelling are signs of arthritis. Best of luck!

By age 50, cigarettes use takes a heavy toll.  It gets harder and harder for the lungs and vascular system to cope.  It will continue to get worse.  I watched my ex continue smoking and end up on CPAP.  His smoking dad died of COPD.

Have you considered lyme disease which can occur many years after
infection. You may not even have known you were bitten. Another thought
is an auto immune disease such as MS.
