An Ultrasound (US) will ONLY tell you if there is something structurally abnormal going on with the kidneys causing the problem; it will NOT tell you about the FUNCTIONING of the kidneys.

In my opinion, ALL your symptoms point to GU issue.

Time to see a specialist (s) as this is beyond a "regular" physician's scope.

Good luck.

I would recommend consulting a Nephrologist.  I am not sure if you are in kidney failure or not. There is definitely something going on with them.  Just because the US was ok doesn't rule out "0" problems with your kidneys.

thanks for your response but i went to a doctor and he recommended me to do ultrasound. i did my kidney's ultrasound and that is normal. i have't any pain but because of shading my hairs and shrinking my body, i am really worried about.

Have you consulted a Nephrologist about this?

Sounds to me like kidney infection.  I'd go to a doctor and tell him/her you need a complete urinalysis to verify.  Including chemistry to check that your kidneys are working, It could also be a possible bladder infection, but I'd get a complete bloodwork/urinanalysis done for sure!
