unexplained fever

My 3 year old is having fever around 100 and a loss of eating. He had eye surgery on both eyes. Last Tuesday and on Thursday I took him to PCP, He gave him omnicef. My son has a history of VT and VF. He as an ICD and Pacemaker. We take Propranolol, Amoidarone, and Ethosuximide. Would the antiflamtory cause him to have fever or what.
