received unprotected fellatio from csw.  3 days later-tingling on scrotum.  7 days-small bumps on shaft.  skin on penis loose and some sort of fluid deep in there. That went away quickly. Then Burning on scrotum and penis. then head of penis skin flaked off. 3 more weeks -my scrotum turns red and irritated and starts to burn.   burning continues and spreads in the folds of my skin (thighs).  my entire scrotum and penis burn.
6 months later -arms, chest, back and face broken out in what appears to be folliculitis -very oily.  bumps that crust over on my scalp.  forehead-skin colored bumps.  penis and scrotum skin are very thin. neck lymph nodes swollen.  little energy.
8 months later- throat is sore with little bumps and there is a whitish coating on my tongue. moistness in the groin area. going on a year now.
was told by doctors that this was not transmissible-have since passed this on to friend.  same symptoms, with without burning groin. I can only assume that this is strictly orally transmitted.
I've been tested for and all negative
all STDs
Staph/strep
Yeast
Bacteria in urine
Scrotal ultrasound
prostate exam
Kidney CT
treated for fungal/yeast.  Creams have made it worse.
I've tried various anti-biotics: Ketoconazole, cephalexin, Doxycycline, Valtrex, azithromycin, Metronidazole pills, flagyl, bactrim ds
Seen Dermatologists, Primary Care, Urologists, and Infectious Disease Docotor
I know that this is an infection of some sort.  I just don't know what.  And no doctors have been able to figure it out thus far.  Please let me know your thoughts.
What tests should I take to rule things out?
What type of infection could it possibly be?
And could it be just an uncommon virus that is not documented?
I know that some viruses last forever.  And some last a few weeks.  Are there viruses that last for months/years and then go away?

You clearly have had a comprehensive workup, with multiple tests and specialist referrals.  It would be unlikely that I can come up with something over the internet without evaluation.

That being said, I do not see a referral with a urologist.  A prostate infection can be difficult to detect and treat.  You can consider imaging with a transrectal ultrasound, as well as a prostatic massage to send prostate fluid for analysis and culture.

If the burning continues, a cystoscopy can be obtained to look for anatomic causes of the burning.  This can include a urethral stricture or polyp.

I would discuss these options with a urologist.

I did post that I have seen Urologists and have had an scrotal ultrasound and a prostate exam.  I know that you can't come up with a solution over the internet without seeing me. But could you please answer my questions to the best of your ability?
