Gallbladder trouble.   I had mine removed for the same problem.  You probably have gall stones.  Does it hurt more an hour or two after a meal with grease involved like KFC? If yes Then you know for sure that is what it is.  Gradually gets worse and worse. Good luck

I have been having the same problem for quite some time now. My Dr. just told me I have pneumonia in my right lung, which is where my pain has been continuously, but I have  a feeling it must be something else as well. I do feel real lousy now but I usually only have pain symptoms in my upper chest, shoulder shoulder blade that sometimes radiates down my arm, but if I lay on that side it is horrendous the next morning, I was checked out for Thorasic outlet syndrome but Dr. said it wasn't. I am so tired of the constant ache, believe me I know what your going through, and I feel for you.

Ihave pain in my upper left shoulder, upper back and down through left breast/chest area.  I did have a left breast biopsy.  Was not cancer, but micro calcifications.  But, pain still continues.  What else could give me these symptoms?  Been quite a few months now.  What is next?
