urinary problem

when i urinate it hurts at the end and when i wipe theres blood on the tissue but none in the urine i have to pee alot more then normal and its a lighter color i do have sex regularly with another female but its been with the same person for over a year now and iv never had this problem before whats wrong with me? and do i have to go to a doctor? kinda have no money too

thanks for the help it still hurts when i urinate but the bleeding stopped

Check for kidney infection or bladder infection. Lay off the sex and see if the bleeding stops.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Might need to see a physician to get an antibiotic to treat it. Blood is not normal either. Kidney stones might cause similar symptoms too. Keep well hydrated and add the old standard cranverry juice too! Good luck and don't delay too long in seeing a physician. Emergency clinics might be an answer if you don't have a regular family doc.

Well, it can be a urinary tract infection. It could be an STD but since you both are monogamous it is more likely a UTI.Generally they will give you antibiotics for it if the urine test is positive. You can try drinking lots and lots of cranberry juice (I actually cured my UTI with cranberry juice) and water for a couple of days and see if it gets better. I am talking about  two or three liters a day for a couple of days. If it doesn't work you will need to get tested.
