Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It can be bladder debris. Parasitic infections like schistosomiasis and filariasis can result in worms in urine which appear as white substances. Infections like trichomoniasis can produce mucus threads in urine. Fungal infections like candidiasis too cause white substance in urine. Bladder cancer, polyps and stones are other reasons.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult an urologist for this. Collect the urine sample with white substance in it and get it examined at a lab. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Take care!
You need to not only get a simple urinalysis, they need to culture it to find out what grows out. This takes 3-5 days to do. A well trained doctor then will know what is in your urine and will be able to prescribe what best treats that type of infection (if it is infection). You won't want to be taking the antibiotic when you give the urine sample though.

I AGREE YEAST INFECTIONS ARE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO ANTIBIOTICS YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED AN INSERT TO GET RID OF IT FOR GOOD
Which drug did you take? And why the treatment has taken a month?
In you case it can be a secondary fungal infection due to long-term use of antibiotics.
I suggest you talk with your doctor about it.
